Ministry of Justice (Republic of China)
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of China (Chinese: 法務部) is a ministerial level governmental body of the Executive Yuan. It is responsible for carrying out various judicial functions in the Republic of China (Taiwan).

The Ministry of Justice has the following branches: the Legal Affairs Committee; Department of Legal Affairs; Department of Prosecutorial Affairs; Department of Corrections; Department of Prevention, Rehabilitation and Protection; and Department of Government Employee Ethics.[1]
